Luna Moth

I was pulling up some vines from Donnie's yard yesterday when I discovered this Luna Moth.  Sweet gum is a host plant, and there are quite a few sweet gums in Donnie's yard.  I was careful not to disturb him/her except to take a few pics.  Donnie said he hasn't seen this moth before.  I have but not in my yard or Donnie's yard, so this was a wonderful surprise.
